This scene invites visitors to Rostrevor village in County Down, nestled at the base of the Mourne Mountains. I was inspired by the recently painted mural which also inspired the title of my artwork. It reminds me of the song written by John Conolly from Grimsby. It’s a tune made famous by artists such as The Dubliners which also inspired local singer and songwriter Tommy Sands to create the annual music and arts festival of this name.
